Little did I suspect that the hotel I chose for its affordability would become my Retirement Paradise.

Maggi (see logo to the right) is the Owner and inspiration of this "Maggic" Home, which I found on Expedia when I  was planning my first visit to Guanajuato. I was so lucky.

Maggi, her husband Ernesto, their three children, her granddaughter, and the friendly staff have made my transition easy and pleasurable.

I rent a room, with a bath and two meals a day in Maggi's & Ernesto's Home next door to the Hotel . My room opens onto a spacious terrace with a spectacular view as seen below.
